This is hot dip galvanizing for bolts, washers, fasteners and other small steel hardware products. These smaller pieces follow the normal galvanizing process and are dipped into the large kettle in perforated buckets. After they are removed from the kettle, they are centrifuged to remove any excess zinc.*

This means clean and smooth threads WITHOUT BRUSHING.
* Parts smaller than 3/8 inch cannot be handled by this process.

Scott's has two trucks to transport your materials. We can include pick-up and delivery at no cost to you for loads of over 10,000 pounds. We serve King, Pierce and Skagit Counties and the surrounding areas.
